Worse courier service ever seen in my life.. Zero star option should also be there. I would happy to click on it. My product was supposed to be delivered on 12th. Till today ie on 17th I'm receiving a msg daily that due to inconvenience they couldn't deliver the product. And informed the main branch that they don't have delivery service on their courier office.. what rubbish??? If you don't have delivery boy on ur office then why do you people are running this courier service?? Just for the sake of your own profit..

Thought it was the main Blue Dart Itanagar hub. Went there to inquir about a parcel whose status was stated as delivered to Bank, but they never delivered it in the first place. This is always the tactic adopted by Blue Dart employees of Itanagar, have experienced it two three times before. Without delivery, they just post it as delivered to meet their target. My parcel was credit card, it was important, someday they may land into big trouble. Have complaint to Blue Dart Head office. The main office is at tri junction Abotani Colony, near bridge at Kumar Wai Building.

Absolutely the worst courier company in itanagar!! I hope their branch gets closed. Their service is pathetic. No home delivery, rude service and they never pick up the phone. I will stop ordering from online if they keep sending it from this horrible courier service. I have complained so many times and they are still the same. Bluedart really needs to update its service or just close the itanagar branch!

Order reached Itanagar hub on 26th June. Still undelivered on 1st July 2018. This courier service needs a lot of improvement. I will have to go to office and collect myself. And This is not the first time that this has happened. Atleast they should have called. I have received the other items ordered at the same time from same website but sent through other courier. Blue dart has very poor quality service.
