I had ordered from Amazon which was to be delivered by Blue Dart. I got message from Bluedart that parcel will be delivered , Iwaited all day for the parcel to arrive but they neither delivered my parcel nor contacted me for delivering my parcel. Next day upon checking with blue dart Customer care service, I was informed that parcel couldn't get delivered since I was not at home. Very poor service.

Highly disappointing and dissatisfied with the quality of service.

Bad experience with bludeart pali.first of all you don't get proper response. Suppose somehow u manage to connect to them then they will say there was no one to deliver package.Many excuses like not able to connect ,it's too far blah blah. Finally i had to send someone to collect the package from office.
