Reading some reviews i was really apprehensive at first but since the seller used this courier service and already shipped, i could do nothing but wait and see, but now i'm fully satisfied. The delivery agent is a girl and really nice. Maybe they've improved or maybe i got lucky and got the nice delivery agent who also dutifully called first. My prepaid books arrived safely and right on time. Thank you Xpressbees and that friendly delivery girl, give her a raise.

The worst courier ever to exist Aizawl. The delivery agent never called or attempt a delivery but just marked af if i(the customer) wasn't available,giving false reports. This is not the first time, always happens whenever i ordered things and the shopping app uses this courier for shipping. If ever we could choose a couri5,this wouldn't just be the last choice, i rather wouldn't order or shop anything at all.

This is not the first time I've experienced this with Xpressbees- Aizawl. They do not call or message when your parcel arrives and they make you do the work of going to their offices (offices because they make you juggle two offices saying they have not received any said parcel). Then, they send your parcel back to sender's address claiming we did not provide complete address or contact info. Utter disappointment. If a courier company cannot fulfil their sole duty of delivering products to customers, their entire purpose of being a courier is defeated.

They never call, once i got my parcel reached destination courier, the courier didn't call or informed me. After 1 day of reaching aizawl, i went to the courier office, they told me my parcel was on the other office and my place was not their service area and send back.

Delivery boy calls and said he will deliver the product but then we wait for call but there is no call back and later we get a message saying that we were not available. This is insane and plus if the delivery adress is little far from their service area they take extra money which is not very appropriate as we have already paid for delivery charges. Please maintain your discipline and deliver orders on time we pay for the things and we wait for it eagerly too, respect customer opinions and please improve this behaviour.

If i could give a negative rating i would have. The delivery boy was very rude. He tried to cancel my order because apparently it was too late and he was lazy to come to my address. It's 4:00pm which is not my fault. What's the point of paying extra for delivery if I have to walk all the way to another location to get my parcel ??

The delivery boy was rude. I got a call from him, and he was not much into talking about the details of my orders. Once he got the delivery code from my SMS, he reject my call instantly. Customer service wasn't that great, it was one hell of an experience.

My order reached Aizawl on 26/08/2022. And I received a message on 30/08/2022 saying delivery will be made. But I did not receive any calls the whole day. Then later that night I received a message saying product was not delivered due to incomplete address. (Btw My address was correct and complete) I tried calling all the numbers possible. Sadly none of them was accessible.I received another message on 1.9.2022 saying delivery will be made but again I did not receive any calls and my product was not delivered again. Its been a week since the product arrived at Aizawl. It’s really frustrating and annoying. Now I have no other option other then to go to their office. I really hope they have not shipped back my product. Xpressbees offers really the worst service ever to their customers. I saw that lots of other people also experienced similar things. It’s really sad to know how irresponsible they are at their job and causing inconvenience to many people. It’s really annoying and dissapointing. Anyways Ill update a review again once I go to the office.

I have an order which was bound to be delivered on 22/august/2022.. I got a message with a contact number saying that my prepaid product will be delivered soon… I tried calling the contact number and it kept on rejecting my call.. Then I called the customer service to make a re-attempt of the product on 24/aug/22, which is today. However, I did not get any calls from the courier department and the number which is given to me via message cannot be called through… My product is still with them and I cannot even contact them..

The worst courier ever ......my package have already arrived at Aizawl more than 1 week...they delayed delivery 4 times....when I called ,they picked up only after 4/5 calls,then replied they will deliver it tomorrow....when I checked it again,they have returned my package!!!....i am very very dissapointed...i ordered that serum while there was still in stock...even if I am to order it again.it is out of stock now...i am truly angry...i was really looking forward ....if you cannot do your work properly,why establish in the first place ..

I rate it 5 because Zonuam point is really good and the delivery boy was excellent 👌.... I don't know about other express bees point but for me Zonuam point (express bees) have a great delevery the delivery boy was good at his work, don't change the delivery boy, my parcel was always deliver before the exact date, I like it 👍
