First time I was interacting with a blue dart customer service executive who is handling the customer service counter at Rohini sector -11. I had to visit the blue dart office for an important consignment. Initially, he (Nitin) did not pay attention to me. I requested him to give me the contact details of the delivery agent & if you can't disclose his identity or contact number then please arrange an early delivery of my consignment. But his response was very rude & unprofessional. These types of executives just trying to malign the image of the blue dart.
