Although I was at home the shipment status shows premises closed and when I try to reach them from their site it says I had not enough balance in my phone although I had. Bluedart should give proper contact number of person in message who was out of delivery of your courier so you can contact him in case you have important stuff in courier.

Very pathetic service. I can't describe. My personal experience- I have visited to Bluedart office for my parcel after 2 failed attempts from their end. One guy has behaved very rudely instead of mistake from your end. I don't know his name but you can ask your staff. I really need apology letter from these guy. I am customer and i have rights to argue for my parcel if you are unable to deliver it in time. he has no right to behave rudely with me. I am going to stop my all future parcels from Bluedart. My suggestion is to just fired persons like these who are spoiling your courier image. Hire some good persons who really need job and want to work. Really disgusting. I have to personally visit to their office for my Couriers, because they are unable to deliver in time at my home. I have faced same issues previously and again I am facing it. Never delivery in time. Every time sending useless messages like We are not able to reach you. Your location is unlocated. Even delivery agent not came at home and simply mention status as that address is wrong. My all other couriers are easily delivered to my address. I am helpless that I can't give it minus 5 stars.
