This is one of the best courier and logistics services at Balasore . The staff are good and very friendly and know the requirements of a customer to give their best to the people and involve himself to give the service for on time delivery 🚚 , ontime query resolution and minimize the escalation Location managed by Gopinath and maintained the same as a good office labelled for all areas and the counter staff also maintained her counter in a good way too . If it's important then Bluedart it ....it's really true and it happens all day from every location from all Odisha and the bluedarters are doing the same things from all across Odisha.

Blue dart balasore branch is not at all professional, doesn't deliver the courier in time even if it has arrived. They don't consider delivering courier, your courier will come to balasore branch and rot there if you don't track it regularly. This is my second such experience where I had to go and pick up my courier. Truly disappointing!
