Even blue dart doesn't deseve 1 star.but give them.i never see this type of service in my life.the delivery boy called me n said come far away from hom n take the parcel.when i went there,he switched off his mobile. N then the sending me email incomplete address.hence i always get all my orders at my home.🙂

Lack of basic facilities. No scanner and no packaging materials available. Even a packing tapes are not being provided. Second, the unprofessional attitude of old aged staffs is unbearable. You need to open your packed material so they could check with open-eyes and then you have to re-pack it on yourself. And then pay them a double amount for this quality of service. Blue Dart at Okhla phase 2 really sucks.
