If your delivery is getting delayed, Its better to go collect it directly, they don't value your products and time. If you ask about the delay they will say that, they made the call but the call was not answered. And also they won't accept that it's their fault. My courier was delayed for almost 2 weeks. Their service is terrible.

Very bad experience faced many times. They don't value our products. You will get"out for delivery" msg and " attempt failure" msg only for one week. Then if they feel, they will deliver it. That's it. Poor service.
