Service of blue dot is very poor, whoever is in front of their person, their reply is very dirty, you are making fool in your dirty way, I am getting worried since yesterday morning, my parcel will be received today, it will be received today, but those people will give me even today. The parcel is talking to be provided by 5:00 pm and I am very worried for the parcel since 2 days

Delivery service for this navsari location is very bad. I have faces issues so many times when my courier are at this location. Delivery person called for delivery & not delivered courier on same day. If you call back then they don’t answer and sometime they don’t know even well known places in the city for delivery. Sometimes they place status as attempted/unlocatable. So you have to complaint to the higher authority. So I suggest sent courier from sender side is ok but not to prefer receipts side courier from this navsari location.

I gave one star because it is required for review otherwise it is 0 stars. There is no customer service. Very bad delivery. My order is stuck for long time for some reason and there is zero response/contact from them. Not just here but anywhere, "If you have option then don't ever use BlueDart." They don't even have proper mode of communication for your queries.

Delivery date was given 13 Oct Thursday, after complain on friday than on Saturday, on Saturday they said with priority will deliver on 16 October today it's monday 17 no delivery. And they are updating from friday with wrong message of delivery failed, premise closed what rubbish. Even after complaints no improvement seen.
