Blue dart is not serious about their business. Nadiad branch is pathetic. They never ever Deliver your product on time. Never. They will receive the parcel at nadiad office and will keep it for 2 days. They will deliver after multiple calls. Blue dart get serious.

Worst service ever experienced. The employees has zero professionalism. Kept on telling me for two straight days that your parcel will arrive and finally on the third day the company said that your parcel is being cancelled by the company and hence cannot be delivered. Should look into it asap. Not acceptable.

One of the worst courier companies in India. Nobody cares about customer service and not provide the delivery services in rural areas as well outskirts of the City areas. Instead of door step delivery they compel customer to pick up the courier from Nadiad branch office. 900 Rs according to the weight of 1.230 kg if Bangalore rakhi was to be sent. Took them. When I asked for the original receipt of Bluedart, I was told that it will come to your whatsapp in 1 hour. It has been 2 days and the receipt has not arrived. When I called on the phone 2-3 times, those people sent me a photo of the shipping label to make an owl. If he asked for the receipt again with some strictness, he made a bill of his personal company and gave it. Finally the original receipt of Bluedart was not given. Such owls are made in the days of Rakhi

Worst courier company branch I've ever seen...they inform you ma'am your courier is here, come and take... The adress of my home provided for delivery is 17 km away still they are saying if you want it come and pick... Seriously?... Even you go to their office, they are not sure where is my parcel after 3 days- This was my first experience. Recently, I was suppose to recieve my courier week ago...they just called and informed, when I told them I want it to my adress they said it will take like 3 days... I haven't received my courier yet. Poor service, even harsh response, no curtacy ... really worse experience!
