Absolutely poor service the AWB tracking is showing customer not available ...whereas whenever called on the no given by SMS service the Agent says he doesnt have the shipment . This means the shipment is either damaged or misplaced . Absolutely un professional service .

One of the worse delivery company I ever came across. The delivery agent doesn't come to deliver the products and updating false reason on the tracking status like, customer denied the products or customer not available 😡. And when we dial the customer care number it responds invalid number, over all it's so unprofessional behavior of the company and the agent.
