Blue Dart is a leading logistics and delivery service provider in India. They provide reliable, fast and efficient services to customers across the country. However, recently I have encountered an issue with their services which has been quite annoying at times. The problem lies in the fact that they do not ship parcels on weekends or holidays, meaning if you place an order on a Friday night it will only be shipped out on Monday morning/evening - this can cause significant delays for customers who are expecting urgent deliveries of important documents or packages. The issue becomes more problematic when your parcel reaches your city but you cannot get it due to weekend restrictions imposed by Blue Dart – this means extra time spent waiting until Monday before being able to collect your package from them directly or through one of their authorised outlets/agents. This adds up significantly over time as many people tend to place orders during weekends due to work commitments etc., making them unable to pick up their parcels right away upon arrival in town/city centre locations where these agents are located.. Overall however Blue Dart’s service remains good despite this minor inconvenience caused by weekend shipping restrictions; they offer competitive rates compared with other providers while still providing timely and reliable delivery options for both domestic and international shipments alike - something that is invaluable given our current digital-first world we live in today!

My bank debit card not deliver and write reason that address not found but no call ( in adress my mobile no write ) me and no delivered my debit card but in past blue dart already deliver same document on same address also next day bank transfer this courier to professional courier and he deliver same on my address with any call. I think blue dart deliver boy is very over smart.

Their services are disgusting. The Bluedart customer service provided me with the manager's number (Dharmesh Jadav) and he told me he'd call me back after i text him with the Waybill number, after which he's been ignoring my calls and hanging up on me. Tracking status says out for delivery and then at night it goes to "delivery shifted to next business day". No customer service, no responsibility, incredibly disgusting behaviour. They really need some new staff.

I didn't get delivery but still tracking shows delivered in my hand. Such liar they are. This has happened for second time in a month time. After calling them repeatedly you can't connect to them. If there is zero or minus rating I will do it with no hesitation. Their standard is going down day by day. Even local courier will behave more responsibly than this people.

Very poor service, local couriers are better than this. How many days has it been since the parcel has been sent? It has not been received yet. After mailing to the blue dart company, I received a call from the front saying that it will be received tomorrow. which shows that the track is being tracked but the staff of Rajkot is completely idle.... When a friend of mine ordered a bicycle online, he had to go to pick it up himself, asking why he did not have a big vehicle.

Worst ever parcel service outlet I have seen. Few months back they hold passport and other docs for my younger brother saying address not found and after waiting for few days we had to go and collect in person. This time again same story for my wife and my passport they keep updating online status saying address not found. Then my uncle went and collected passport but forget to pay delivery charges but then miraculously person show up at my home address and asking for money. This is same address where 6 attempts made and updated saying address not found 😂🤣

I didn't received the product but they updated as the product was delivered so I don't know where the hell they had delivered it.
