Worst courier service ever I haven't received my parcel yet I got msg on 14th but still not delivered to me.... I think the company should stop delivering our parcel trough bluedart...... So careless service they dnt even bother to call us once for our parcel...

My shipment reached my location two days ago and I received SMS for out for delivery, but delivery boy didn't contact me and same happened in next day. I received only SMS that I am out of station and this is totally false, I am always in station. Costomer care is also hopeless they didn't arrange mobile number in their sms and (Costomer care representative) of delivery boy. I think BLUE DART is a hopeless and third class courier services of the WORLD.

I wish I could tell the dealer not to send my Bluedart when sending in Gangtok It’s the worst delivery centre in Gangtok They never deliver on time and sometimes even our product goes back because of their carelessness

Worst experience even got a bloody foot cause they rushed me to get my parcel but at last they told me that i didn't came so they returned. The staff was so disrespectful. Best if everyone stops using blue dart. So i went to their office to complain but i got to know that the person who delivers the parcel has to walk for whole day to deliver and they don't even have time to have lunch. Work load are so hard+ to deliver each parcel by walking whole day without having anything is really hard so i understand why they are so moody. We can't always blame staff as i saw they are doing their best. If both the parties have mutual understanding about each other's situation than there is possibility of not having problems during delivery.
