In aspect of Packers and movers, worst experience ever. They will delay the pickup and say we have cancelled it. When you call them they will say pickup will be done next morning, next morning you call them they will postpone it to evening,and again from evening to next morning and so on. Irresponsible group of workers. Don't try them its a wastage of time. In Dibrugarh DTDC provides promt service, after wasting 2 days with bluedart, I tried dtdc, DTDC picked up my stuff early morning and delivered the same from Dibrugarh to Guwahati within 24 hours of pickup.

This Blue Dart agency addressed at Sunny Court, RKB Path, opp. Vishal Mega Mart, Dibrugarh, Assam are thief. They broke the seal and steal some parts of my item and sealed again and make me delivery after 10 days from the date when it reach at Dibrugarh. When I tried to return my item they did not accepted. Dont Receive any Currier/Parcel from Blue Dart Dibrugarh.

Blue dart had to deliver me my package...but without contacting me...they updated the track status as..."customer requested future delivery:hal"..I mean what the hell...I never ever received a call or a msg and they assumed my request ... That's so wonderful..and imaginative way in negative to impress your customers and save your own...this was my first and last assignment with BlueDart... And yes one more thing ... After writeing to BlueDart of the issue... They appointed a person to look into the case and when I write to him...he says i am on leave ... Now who the hell and from where on earth and to whom...should I contact...

I didn't like it. I couriered some documents about 4 papers and its cost was 4200 rupees from IN to Canada i thought since my courier will get delivered quickly but the shipment showed 13 days and it was an important documents but they delayed it. Very bad service. I would not give a single star.

Where on earth do they deliver if they mark a location right in front of CM's house within the city unlocatable. Not once, but everytime something is couriered via BlueDart/BlueDark I have to collect it from their office only. Not even a phone call. This behaviour can be tolerated somehow, when something non-critical is on transit, but they do it for anything. The Unprofessional and Unethical people in this office don't qualify to stay in the customer service segment at all.
