Very pathetic customer service....1st of all its very hard to get in touch with the customer service agents, secondly if you some how get connected the IVR says as all the agents are busy please call after sometime...some how I was able yo connect to an agent she said she is checking the details and would place my call on hold for 23 mins...I had placed an order on 14th of April 2022 and today is 23rd of Aprill the deliver didnot happened yet....the customer service agents are not at all helpful and seems to be least bothered.. On daily basis I am getting the same answer that due yo some issue the parcel did not get delivered please wait for 24 hrs and it will get delived...all fake promises.
