Not professional …my essential documents should have delivered yesterday but not arrived on giving address.Yesterday the Delivery boy called me and asked me to come 5 km away from given address to get my parcel but i was at my office so he should have deliver it at the mentioned address according to rule.it is totally unfare .this thing repeated today as well and they put the reason of that the” given address is incorrect” ,although it is absolutely correct.Tomorrow is sunday so it will be closed.And I don’t think i can get my documents before Monday.🤦🏻

Very bad service. Message for delivery received from last 4 days but documents not delivered. In evening a massage received delivery attempt failed. Even they can't make a single call for delivery.
