The service for booking outgoing parcels at the office is fine. But their delivery service for incoming parcel delivery is pathetic. They have not delivered (or delayed delivery till we collected it from their office) of more than 10 parcels citing the reasons like "Failed Attempt at Delivery" "Address Unlocatable" "Cannot contact customer" etc to an address which is in the same road as them and less than 1KM away. (or without even trying to contact) More than half of the times , we have to go to their office to collect the parcels.

Very good behavior by the staff. I was there at 10am . I want to courier some documents to Mumbai. I have chosen express courier cost of 500 rupees. She told me it will reach there by tomorrow. But it reached there by one day after that. Iam satisfied with the service. Waiting area is there. Parking for your vehicle find difficult. I got one parking space because it was early morning. Or you should choose street parking.

Nice place to book couriers. Though located at a strategic place near Civil Station, drawback is that it is bit away fro city centre. The booking center is air conditioned and comfortable, but the negative point is that one has to wait for about 10 minutes to book an item, as there is only one booking clerk on duty. The staff are courteous and the overall service experience is commendable.
