Very bad services and lier , they don't care how the emergency medicines are have to be delivered to customer as earliest. Their office staff as well as the delivery boys give the wrong information that customer is not available nor their mobile is reachable ,whereas the other company delivery gives on time without any false reporting.

Wonderful courier service. Bought a diabetes care milk for my diabetic mother and instead of delivering, the item has been returned to the seller after keeping it in their warehouse for more than one week. All I can hope is to pray that the same happen in all your families.

Filed for return an order from Meesho on 22nd sept 2022 Delivery guy picked up at the same day I filed for return and didn’t update on the app that he has picked up my parcel. I kept complaining to Meesho why my I’m not getting my refund again and again but I’m told it’s because the guy didn’t update about picking my parcel. I even told the delivery guy to return my parcel back to me he kept telling he is on leave for 2 days and then his vehicle broke down or something. What a weird guy from expressbees. Kindly check on those kind of delivery guys to avoid further annoyance. Just for one product I have to call and complain so many times.

PATHETIC.... Delivery guy called me up saying my parcel have arrived and asked me to wait at the landmark ie NIELIT Dewlahland, but delivery guy went to the wrong NIELIT center at Shingjamei which is really funny because i have my address, phone no etc. I waited for around 20 mins and when i call him again he realised his mistake and promised me that he will deliver next day but that never happened and i got message from ExpressBees saying its cancelled as i was not available. This is the worst amongst the worst Delivery service in Manipur.

Absolute rubbish courier service. They always apply for RTO. They kept the shipments in their warehouse for weeks without delivering or informing the consignee then applying RTO. I don't understand why they are so reluctant to deliver parcels even when they can. I accurately provide all the necessary information needed such as pincode 795001, address, name, contact details and everything.

I would say this is one of the worst courier service in the state. My delivery was arrived at their facility on 9th March 2022, but they never attempt to deliver it to me. They didn't even bother to contact me either. When I contacted the seller, the courier service gave excuses one after another. The seller provided me the address and only after I went to their warehouse, I got my parcel on 26th March. It took 17 days after the parcel had arrived at the facility/warehouse in Imphal to finally got my parcel, that too I collected it from the warehouse. Not very professional. I would have given nil star if it was possible.

They called up saying they cannot deliver my parcel as it was quite big and can't be carried in a two wheeler. Then they said it can be carried in a two wheeler but there won't be space to carry other parcels for delivery and they had to come separately carrying only my parcel and straightforward asked for tips. I has many orders coming in so was not sure which Delivery it was so agreed on giving the so tips. But when the delivery person reached for delivery there was other parcels he had for delivery and my parcel was just a 1*0.5ft size or so. Such a lie and unprofessional behaviour. Please train your staffs well
