WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE. I urgently needed an order but the delivery guy called me when he was downstairs, when I told him I cannot come downstairs he should come up, he DID NOT DELIVER the order at all and just went back. Extremely unprofessional.

Pathetic delivery service. No professionalism at all. Delivery agent handed over the package at incorrect address without even calling. Tried to get in touch with the customer service but kept on hold for 30 mins. Sent them an email and got a call back after 3 days. Had to ask neighbours if they got some package by mistake. Some good fellow from the neighborhood called me after 2 days and came to had over the package to me.
