I had a very bad experience. I didn't get my product even they didn't informed me and after 10 days they returned it. I called them 10 to 20 times but they didn't picked up the call. Why these people are taking care of courier centers? Company please take care of these kind of owerners.

Very worst cheating service done by this Attingal blue dart team. They never call and deliver product to our address. They returned my parcel to origin place without contacting me. While checking they update fake details in their system like they contacted.

This people won’t call the recipients and won’t deliver the package on time. By morning, the tracking website will show that the item is out for delivery but by evening, the status will be changed to ‘recipient location is not locatable’. I have seen the same for 3 of my parcels consecutively. So, gave them a call and they are telling that they are less in staff and that’s why updating the status as so. Very pathetic service ! Courier service like Delhivery or Ecom are doing a far better service than this Bluedart here in Attingal area.

They are the worst delivery agents. Highly unprofessional approach to the customers and rude in so many ways. Kindly seek any other delivery agents unless you have to regret like me. They give zero value to the customers and no shame to express their toxic attitude to customers. No wonder why this group is getting all the bad ratings and impossible to recommend. From my experience, they are showing their culture...so u guys don't have to receive such a bad culture. So quit blue dart as early as possible. Adioz

I’m re-writing my review : After registering few complaints and google review.. I got my package delivered. Looks like the staffs are little bit lazy to deliver on time.
