Lazy delivery boys, updating false status, saying "consignee not available to delever product", and because of this false update, i got a call from ecommerce store to cancel the order, i need to explain the customer service team that i really need the product. The next day, i personally visit the office and picked up my item. Very disappointed with the service, I would suggest, if you are unable to deliver the product, please do not update a false status saying consignee not available, it leads problems between the customer and the online store. Hope this helps

Worst service ever, especially banking related couriers they never deliver just put some nonsense reasons and say the person was not available , never try to even deliver the product, never ever opt this service worst one. Customer service is also rude and never respond correctly
