I wish i can give you even less stars. The person was meaningless brat and was arrogant as like was there not to work. He does not have sense to talk to people of elderly age. As a responsible person he should have helped people rather was being sarcastic and trying to make people feel inferior. Worst experience for my parents who went there for passport pick up.

Very bad service , The person on reception from where we can collect courier have different kind of attitude , I am the only one in this world , I have sent 9 mails to them but no one is responding never never ever use atleast in this place, they just told me that they didn't get mail one important thing is they do not have landline number where we can contact and the number is always Out of service which is already updated on Google , I know blue dart experience is always good but this , not blue dart but the staff , I would say that's why in Mehsana don't , you will be in trouble...
