pathetic service. my package was in the Panipat city etail center but wasn't delivered for 3 days. heights of "professionalism", someone from the etail center called and asked if they can change the status to delivered without delivering the package. my package was a laptop and I had deadlines set for my work based on delivery date of laptop, but due to delayed delivery my work suffered. never using the service again, nor ordering from anyone who uses this services to deliver the packags.
