Incompetent staff. These people update fake delivery updates and don't have any correct contact no. With which we can reach their customer care executive. The delivery agents are lagging with manner and ethics. People should avoid thes courier service.

Okhla and Amar colony offices are shut and they are still having same address on all over internet. The helpline number is not working at all. Customer service is very bad they need to improve it. I never used their services it was my stupid bank who use it but will make sure non of my friend or colleague use thr service. Since morning I went to thr okhla and Amar colony office and finally collected my parcel from Mohan corporates office and in this entire process I had to take half day leave from office and spend 500 rupees on auto. This was my honest review, rest decision is yours. Have a grt day 🤗
