You will never receive your product even if it gets delivered it will be very late. it is not a trustworthy company anymore, it is better to go for DTDC or any other shipping company. pathetic service

Have had horrible experience everytime. The parcel is never delivered on time despite having reached the destination. It is held at the warehouse and I have received excuses like my address is education institute or that I wasn't available to pickup the parcel. Shouldn't be used at all

They are purposely delaying the shipment of my Phone mentioning some exception i.e. department name details or extention number. Their customer care number is not working. Have ordered phone but the order is stuck. OnePlus should have chosen a better delivery partner. Sab logo ka package rkh lete hai taki log khud a k le k Jaye and Inka kam and petrol Bach Jaye. Bekar service hai.

They will text you your id number and send you your courier track id and time in morning that your courier will deliver today and delivery partner wait for the day to end, give you a call and tell that sir your courier hai, then suddenly he said sorry it’s not your order and in next morning - mark it as "address not found, " and will completely stop responding to your calls or mails after that. I would suggest people to either try a different delivery partner or if you are planning to buy any products - buy from the offline shops. Chor hai sare, mai sabko suggest krunga koi bhi order na kare bluedart pe, mere 5000/- ke headphone nhi mil rahe muje

They will wait for the day to end, give you a call and promise to deliver your package next morning - mark it as "address not found, rechedule your delivery" and will completely stop responding to your calls after that. My iPhone package is stuck with them and I wish Apple had a better deliver partner here in amritsar.. I would suggest people to either try a different delivery partner or if you are planning to buy an apple product - buy from the offline shops.
