Never give OTP until you get your order as they promise to deliver by tomorrow as per rules we have to update and ask OTP and tomorrow they don't deliver and don't answer the calls waste courier office.

Brilliant service! Really accurate tracking, on time delivery. Recieved 4 shipments via bluedart, from online shopping websites (apple and adidas), and the delivery guy was very well behaved every time. Great experience overall. Only gripe is, they don't provide the phone number of the delivery guy when the shipment is out for delivery.

People are won’t give you correct info. No any contact number. And in office people are non responsive. Bidar Blue Dart management is poor. You can’t complaint anything, no one listen your feedback also. Just I received my courier because of these guys wrong info I travelled 40km. Still no one is listening.

Courier service is not up to the mark. Could not contact the Delivery agent as his mobile was always switched off or could not be reached. At last I have to pick up my parcel on my own and that too after 2 days of arrival of the courier packet at Bidar. Hope Blue Dart understands our plight and see that their service is punctual and up to the mark.
