worst service.they will delay the package delivery stating customer rescheduled it. No one listen to your problem at their head office. No official website as well. Flip kart is also not listening to the problem. they are simply trying to copy amazon's business model without considering service quality part. If this continues, I will definitely stop buying from flipkart, also would start suggesting others the same.
