Worst courrier i have ever come across. No delivery on time. Fake committnents by delivery partners. All delivery executives looks to be liar and unprofessionals. No reply to mail as well which they admit to reply shortly. I will not be surprise if tomorrow this company completly shutdown because others are doing much better.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value * I could have used "0" Star for Xpressbees for being not professional * Poor Service * 3rd Class Behaviour with slung languages * Doesn't know how to speak to customer * Servies are provided as Door to Door Facilities from the Ordered Company, But Delivery Person dont deliver the product as per the Deliver Address. * Delivery Person update the tracking id as "Person Not available" without attempting the delivery or call. * You can't connect with the provided no of Xpressbees * Mutiple time attempted with the Call Back from the agent, but ALASH, no update on the same.

The delivery partners are not well aware of the routes and gets self confused while delivering. In the office the services are quite slow and no security available.
