Very poor service. They have only limited delivery boys and they can't deliver all of the goods properly. Sometimes we won't get our package to our doorsteps, they simply hang it in the delivery centre and returns it back.

I have one experience with this bluedart point. Our product shipped from Mumbai and reached Kannur within 2 days. From Kannur it should reach by one day. After one day I did not get any call from them so I went there, when I go there they are said that courier truck not reached yet. I was very disappointed because I needed that courier on time. For last few days I was tracking that and was planning things.
