The company never delivered packages. If the company says customer refused....it only means that they never tried delivery. Don't waste your money. Rather use some better delivery service.

The delivery person without delivering package returned it to the dispatcher stating the reason delivery failed. Customer care representative either doesn't bother to resolve the issue and most of the time does not attends the phone

As per flipkart commitment this courier service not delivered product still yet. And we can't talk with customer care of xpressbees. My product reach at nearest hub but still no msg or call receive from xpressbees side. Very bad service.
