EKART,Barmer, Agent Mr. Ravi Singh collected my return parcel on 24th Nov. after verification and he kept item with him. Not updated as return item picked up. He returned back totally different item on 2nd Dec. I asked for same product which was handed over then he was started abuse words on calls and threatening to me. I am going to file F.I.R against Mr. Ravi Singh. Field supervisor Mr. Naresh Singh also not taken any action on such agent, He is supported to agent in illegal activities. Both are responsible for such type fruad doing with customers.
