Worst Service provided by this firm. First of all, they refused to deliver on my given address and when i cooperated that you can hand over it to anybody in my office, the stubborn courier boy said that i would not hustle to climb the stairs of your office, i would return it. Rather than attempting delivery at my given address, they said my given address is incorrect and after that day they put the remark that i refused the deliver. They are bunch of liars, they have no business ethics or regard of the customer. It is very difficult to believe that companies like blue dart have tie ups with these third class or even lower kind of firm.

if 1 star was possible i would have given that. Thes guys dont even bother delivering the product, and just say take your product yourself. Why are we paying for delivery if have to pick our order by ourself. totally disappointed by bluedart!!

These people have THE WORST service in the business. Their ground staff is manipulative n always put the false status and never take pain to deliver the things. On the side of customer service, they are like dead. Deserve to be banned.
