Worst attitude of customer desk .1 fat lady is there with harsh tone and showing attitude like she is the owner of that branch I think she is very old in this branch about (5-6 years) .she feels like home and talk very ruff with staff as well as customer.i suggest transfer her frm this branch.and incharge Mr arvind block customer no.So that no customer can call them regarding parcel.is this service u give.

It was a little confusing when I visited the place as there was no correct indication of where could I find the reception. The place consistent of counter and office. This is the second time I entered their office in place of counter where the courier parcel is given over the counter. It could be better to have some visible signage 😁. The person over the counter was polite and gave clear information which was helpful. Overall it was a good experience and service.

They never attempt and put falls remark about consent not available at home, incomplete land mark etc. They will never call you and ask about address or your availability. How come all other online merchandiser able to find correct address or they will at least call and ask you about address. People doesn’t deserve service like this from your brand after paying so high cost. I’ll prefer Indian Post services over you rather that getting cheated by your brand.
