Worst service so far… my courier was out for delivery at 4pm and till 9pm they have not attempted delivery. But I received two sms saying they have attempted delivery but I’m home all the time and they have not even entered my apartment community. When courier guy enters the apartment, I would receive a phone call to allow them to enter the community. I never received any phone call which means they never attempted the delivery. I have had similar experiences in the past with BlueDart where they would just return the courier without even attempting to deliver. They can just shutdown this facility instead and give it someone who can really do their job.

Very poor customer service. The way delivery persons talk is in par with state bank bankers and government officers in tahsildar offices. They behave like they offer us something. To receive my credit card at a convenient time, I had to please them. Then I took a half day leave to receive it. I wonder why banks choose their service.

One of the worst delivery centers. They always mark it as delayed delivery, delivery beyond control etc and waste atleast one day by keeping the parcel with themselves. Never call us proactively to set the expectations and with my house only 2.4 kms away from them, don't know why they always deliver it late night around 9 pm. Very pathetic service but I am forced to live with it as Bluedart as an organization is good at association with top brands but this particular pallikaranai center is very frustrating as such.

Never ever satisfied with the bluedart courier services. They never call us and simply mark the recipient is not at premise. We need to follow the courier with online tracking. And to add insult to injury when we try to reach the customer care, it is chargeable. When I visited the branch directly to get the courier directly, the manager said that the delivery person will call through the app and the courier recipient will receive the call from the toll free, it will be shown as spam in Truecaller. Not sure thats truth or not. If we asked why they were not able to call me on a personal number, they would reply as they were not allowed to call on the personal number.
