Dear Ekart team, I have received a suspicious package from Ekart customer and we don't have any trace of ordering online. This package doesn't have sender details like name, company name, address, phone number etc. I would like to know how your company is permitted to collect such unknowing items. Can you please share the sender's contact details urgently hope you understand the criticality of the situation. I suspect the transfer of some genetically modified organisms like COVID-19 is being sent. My family has unknowingly paid for the package Rs.699 please hold it and revert back to me. If you don't respond today I'm planning to lodge a police complaint. Ekart team quickly wakeup. Time is running up. Show interest, own issues and respect customer.
