Pathetic service. The phone number on their website never connects to an agent. Their website takes complaint tickets but we will never get a reply. Also the delivery office contact numbers or locations are not available on the web or google maps. It took 7 days for me to find their delivery office near my location, that too the online store vendor provided me the location after contacting xpressbees through their vendor account. These guys made me feel tht professional courier is a bit better.
