I was notified automatically by text that my delivery would be coming that day. By day's end, another message informed me that the package would not be delivered because I was unavailable. I received no call. When I called them, I was told my address was missing info, but it wasn't. It took 3 days, and lots of calls. Terrible service. Wasted my time.

Worst delivery service they call Me and said they have rescheduled my package 📦 and cut my call I called them back they didn't pick my call . Third class's service. If u are not interested in delivering they dnt run the courier service. Hopeless and nonsense service

Delivery boy naming Ranjit Das is very rude. He cuts the call even before I can finish my conversation with him. He calls me to pick my delivery where my adress is not even mentioned and when I didn't go he cut the call saying that he will deliver it some other time . I don't even want to give half star . Worst delivery service , i don't even wanna give a star Where do I even start? Rude delivery guy who cuts off calls before even speaking, lies about the delivery , calls n cuts the call within a second and says they attempted delivery when they cut the call as soon we pick up , and when we call them they don't pick up, they lie and mark it attempted delivery but failed n blame it on us , please understand that we don't have free time everyday to wait fr the package So annoying and this isn't the first time , when xpressbees delivers the packages are always delayed don't use it Argggggh spoiled mood

One of the worst delivery in dimapur Nagaland. Never deliver the products to the customer. Never reach out to the customer. Never do business with these guys. This kind of delivery should be banned.
