Worst at delivering items at Home. The staff don't even deliver the items at home instead they call the customer to come and collect the items from their office itself. If the customer fails to visit they return the product.

They don't provide a good service. The staff members are very rude to their customers. We pay for home delivery but then also they don't deliver your product to your home. They don't even provide a call to the provided mobile number and if u track ur courier you will get to see a false update (address not found). If u visit their office to ask why they have done so they will argue with you. Don't know why Nykaa gives the courier contact to this service. Very disappointed from their service
