Distressing experience In my case the delivery agent tried his best to avoid doorstep delivery by providing unreasonable excuses. The agency tries it's maximum to make the customers believe that they are at fault due to which the agency is unable to provide home delivery. Only if we negotiate with them they would accept their responsibility of doorstep delivery . Otherwise they would continue making us believe that we have made a mistake due to which they are denying doorstep delivery Moreover, the delivery agentr.Shelbin Thomas ( name appeared on Truecaller) was very rude to me on the call .

Very bad service. I send some dress and kitchen vessels with 34kg and I paid Rs35000/- for the same. They said 5% of invoice value I have to pay as tax in Ireland. I paid €114 as tax(Rs9120) to release the stuff when it reach to Ireland. 2 days before one of my friend send 45kg to the same location from another courier service in Moovattupuzha and they just paid Rs 3000 as tax. Moreover I have missed 10 branded under garments and thermals of my kids. One of the frying pan got damaged too.

Staff were friendly but Bluedart took weeks to deliver my Visa! When I received it, the validity date had begun 10 days ago. Not very happy with the time efficiency.
