Distressing experience In my case the delivery agent tried his best to avoid doorstep delivery by providing unreasonable excuses. The agency tries it's maximum to make the customers believe that they are at fault due to which the agency is unable to provide home delivery. Only if we negotiate with them they would accept their responsibility of doorstep delivery .
