Pathetic customer care service, you have to wait for your parcel everyday. Delivery boys don’t answer phone calls mostly they prefer phone in switched off mode. Also you won’t be able to connect customer care executives everrrrrr.

This is one of the worst experiences with any courier services...Have been trying to get my courier which is already in their office for the past 3 days but they do not give exact reports for the same. The delivery boys give false report of incomplete address. If anyone from the company is reading this, please take it to higher authorities so that the trauma comes to an end

As i received today my courier through xpressbees the delivery person was so rude and he was saying i have been waiting from 20 minutes since i have reached instead of 3 to 4 minutes .he was using bell again n again before i have talked with him ..he argued with me again n again .poor quality of services# express bees untrained unprofessional.

Like absolute worst service, i was to receive my order a week back it was out for delivery 3 times but it wasn't delivered and the reason they put was that address is incorrect and that the customer wants to manually pick up order I didn't even contacted them and when i tried contacting xpressbees they just hung up without providing solution and at the end my order got cancelled pathetic service, their mistakes are costing people
