Racist Hub. I got trained in Koramangala's training center in Bangalore for 2 days. There my trainer said that everyone should neatly groomed, dressed and shaved while going out for delivery. Looking at me he said, for religious person company will accept if they have beard🎅face and they given me my offer letter with signature done. Here in Kalyan Nagar Hub when I came for joining, I met Hub Head whose name is Bala. He told me that I cannot accept you with this beard face, you have to trim it. I said I can't do that and my trainer told me and send me here, but he didn't say that beard face person will not be accepted. He said sorry, but I can't accept you. Again I contacted Flipkart office in Koramangala, there they said, as per Flipkart policy, you are eligible to work, but if Hub in charger not accept you, we are helpless, everyone are not like that, but how Bala, in charger thinks we don't know. I am a customer of Flipkart and Amazon since 2014. I have seen 3 delivery guys who who have beard face delivered me my order and many time I have seen lot of people who are having beard face with their delivery bags.
