Very very bad and pathetic serive. For delivery of my parcel first they denied as consinee not available on second day they cancelled as consignee adress wrong.They did not came my adress not Contacted me. How can they lie and did this. Blue dart should cancel the delership of such worst people. There contact number is also wrong. Fu**

Worst service ever 3rd class. Once,argue so much and tell us we are wrong. it can't cancel our orders as we want. send us SMS "our agent can't contact you and report headquarters, we are out of town " worst service please don't go with this blue dart express. I request you. So many courier services are available. But it thinks our service is great but in reality The Worst service. You can't contact to blue dart customer service it always busy. And agents have no sense how to speak with customers.
