I always had a very bad experience with Bluedart services. Need to do a lot of follow up with customer care for delivery. And the worst part is that bleudart never share the contact of the delivery guy. So, need to wait for the product to get delivered and at the end of the day, that guy updated the status as location not traceable without contacting us.

I hd ordered a phone through one plus which was supposed to get delivered through these guys. I never recieved the product and the status on their website changed to "delivered". Below the status it was also written "wrong OTP shared". When I went to their office, after one hour of explaination and waiting I was told that the phone was wrongly delivered to someone else and they have raised the ticket. Two days later I get a call from one plus saying bluedart is claiming that they had delivered that product and after opening I hd returned them the phone because I didnt like it. I mean what kind of fraud these guys are doing I am shocked. Please do not order anything valuable through bluedart or else you will also be harrased by these guys.
