I ordered a product and payment Rs 581 is given, a notification is received by me in the app that is the product is delivered on 11.4.2023.But I dont get it till now. Complaints registered 4 times and no result. Very poor service, my money is not refunded. What can i do? I am not received a text message about the delivery.
