Neither they delivered the courier on time nor informed/ updated us on the status. On checking online- it was found that they wrongly updated status on their own wish Contacted customer care - firstly told that it will.be delivered soon then second time managed to.get the delivery store address. On reaching there- came to know that diff versions from staff and courier was not present there. On requesting and explaining them the issue- they somehow send the courier some time.later. Not happy with the experience from such big company
