My cheque book was sent by my bank through Bluedart, Yesterday and today I got message saying shipment is out for delivery. Delivery boy didn't even contacted me, they simply returned saying "incorrect address" whereas I received other deliverables on same address without any issue. and my address mentioned was perfect along with landmark. How can you deliver the shipment without contacting the concerned person. very PATHETIC services of Bluedart VANASTHALIPURAM branch.

I read many stories about blue dart services but never believed. But I had to believe after encountering an incident. A pickup has been booked by a customer service provider to pick up the product. Pick up date was mentioned as itas going to be in next 2 days. Waited for 10 days and nobody showed up but in the tracking system they are updating as DE out for pickup. So I went directly to the given courier station and the place tagged in google is also not correctly tagged. After waiting for 10-15 minutes in front of the help desk member he responded to me and took my parcel and hasn't given any receipt. When i asked him about the receipt as mentioned in the policy guidelines he said that it is not required and will take care. On forcing him he gave me a manual written slip with his signature. And again after the product is returned from the customer service team via blue dart, they kept the parcel with them for 3-4 days without delivering. So again I had to go to the office to collect the product.

Bluedart is always pathetic. They simply update that "consignee not available at the address". And then keep the product with them. I even escalated to the bluedart official support. They said they will resolve it and attempt redeliver. But you will not get any call or tracking update.the sub branches in the city don't have contact number, they don't provide delivery person phone number. Never make any courier services with them.
