The service by this distribution hub is the worst. Without a proper attempt to deliver a parcel, it marks the addressee could not be located. Even their delivery representative is not reachable properly. You need to call the customer service. Calling to those sumbers are charbable too.. Most pathetic experience I have so far.

Believe me,It deserves 0 star. Worst service and experience ever, Why they take the package if they unable to deliver to the delivery address.There are no reason to delay to leave the package but they do it. If you see that shipped with blue dart,then congratulations, you will not receive the package in proper time.

Too much bad service. Delivery got delayed with no reason given and not even a phone call was made to me by the delivery boy. After whole day of waiting, I got mail that my address is not correct. Well, let me tell Flipkart & Amazon had given me tonnes of thousands of products on this address where I get Amazon 1-day prime delivery. Bluedart service in this office just runs on fakery and falsehood. Definitely launching a complaint in consumer forums and upper Bluedart customer service. These guys deserve the treatment what they’ve been doing to every customers. Worst service !
