Worst service. They don't attempt delivery and put false comments in tracker that Address not correct,etc. they don't have proper contact number on their website either. Customer call centre is also worse. They lie all the time you call. My package came to Dhanbad from Bangalore in 2 days and they took 2 days to deliver within dhanbad. What can be worse than this!! Edit: (Reviewing again after 3 years of initial review) Their service is still at it’s worst. They keep delaying the delivery of package for 2,3 or even more days even though the package has reached to them. I will never recommend to use their service. Very unprofessional management and response.

they have got the worse service. my shipment has reached dhanbad 4 days back but they are not delivering it and saying address not locatable. even if its so they could have at least tried calling once and asking where to deliver. they are not responding on customer care either and have not provided any office contact number. *toatally waste of time and money*
