I am waiting for my courier from past 1 week, still it is showing delivery delayed, it still in bachupally branch, i have contacted customer care multiple times but no use.. they are marking it on high priority but it was useless. Previously also without attempting delivery for 3 days and they returned it to the source. I don't understand why this idiots will accept huge load to deliver the parcels when they don't have enough capability to deliver the parcels.

Gone Blue dart, once upon a time best service now F* service. They don't attempt any delivery, no SMS received, no calls, they reroute the product. How we will know what pincode falls in their limits of delivery. Blue dart is out of brains. Some serious higher management has to see this, senseless service.

This Bachupally Blue Dart is pathetic service Now a days most people shop their required products from online sites . Online shopping sites deliver their product by many couriers. As per my opinion DTDC is most bad Courier service . It is because, I order many products from P&G, all order shipped by DTDC . Out of my all orders, DTDC deliver me Zero orders . Left all orders are not delivered, but when I track this orders it, show it is delivered . After that I contact with my local DTDC office, they are misbehave with me . And every time i have to Collect from my local DTDC Bachupally office Which products they deliver, these products were damage during transit . During delivery time they were not contact with me, after tracking I went their office& thereafter I received my order .  In many page I also saw many negative reviews about DTDC courier. DTDC is one of the too much bad courier service .

*This review is for this particular oulet only (Bachupally branch) and not for whole of Blue dart network or services.* They are not punctual. They kept my courier with them for 4 or 5 days without delivery. They changed the status meaninglessly. When there were no rains, they changed the status suggesting the delay was due to rains. Then they added one more delay with reason suggesting no landmark(but the address contained it). I reached a real-person tele executive (after struggle through automated response system) and post that too, they delayed. Pathetic service.

Whatever the address is showing in Google maps is not correct. For this address check in Justdial. After roaming for 35 kilometres I came to know that adress is bachpally but in maps they have by mistakenly kept as pachpally. For this location check in Justdial as Bachpally Bluedart. Finding this location was hard to me. Management need to update this at the earliest or else every one who wants to reach the address may be effected.

The delivery guy has not attempted to deliver at all, straight away marked the delivery as undeliverable. Neither a call was attempted to get help if they are unaware of the location. I have received the orders to the same address in the past. Very unprofessional and unorganised delivery centre at bachupally, the staff is unattentive, unresponsive and unapologetic. Read the other reviews and this has been a common complaint amongst the other customers.
