0/10, order was on mother's name. Delivery man thrown parcel in house of next lane. My order was prepaid without asking name as well as delivery code he/she thrown it. I got successfully delivered message from your side, you don't care about customers I was calling and calling as well submitted review that I didn't get any parcel but no use. Worst customer care service no one is there to answer. Why are you sending delivery code if there is no use of it. Without code how your system works? What's security are you provide? You give parcel to anyone and nothing to do with customer. Please close all services you offer it will be great for all. Don't use its services there no trust as well as no values for business.

The worst service ever. We are traumatised by this experience. Nobody in the customer service is ready to listen to our complain. The delivery guy refused to deliver the package to our house and kept cutting our calls and when my old mother went to receive it from him and told him that she would complain about his behaviour, he verbally abused her and left without giving her the package, leaving her confused and scared. The deliver man has no fear of the company and the company itself would not listen to your feedback. Never going to use this service and going to make sure I never buy from any site that uses the service of this company. They don’t care about their customers

One of the worst carrier service provider Had Booked a parcel on 4th of May 2022 from Nagpur considering their commitment to deliver on 7th of May 2022 to Kolhapur but they failed to do so. And they dont have a proper customer service to reply to our Queries and still dont understand while tracking with the AWB its showing the parcel in Mumbai. Will never opt for their services ever again.

He Continuously returns parcels without delivery attempt and states false reasons of return. And upon call he misbehaves. And after 3 days continuous calls to their customer care i got the shipment status as "order returned to seller" Unprofessional behaviour and Pathetic service.
